From Radio to Charity Events and then some.

I began my radio career in 2002 where I started Nearly News, a one minute comedy-news special which ran for two years and was heard on Internet podcasts and on Spokane's KDRK with Jim "Big Cat Daddy" Diamond.
In the 6 years at Citadel Radio, I produced many more shows including Investment with Mike Wren in which I later became the co-host and "funny sidekick".
His Ed McMahon to his Carson. His Robin to his Batman. His...well...you get the picture.
I have also worked on:
"The Mark Furhman Show",

"KGA Morning Show",

The Speed Sport Report",

"The Gonzaga Bulldog Coaches Show"
"Wham on Business",

"The drive at 5" on KGA,

"The Deep End"

and logged many hours as a night time DJ.

I also host the LDS/Boy Scout Blue & Gold auction and Spokane Comicon's Costume Contest.

I spend most of my free time working for children's charities and am enrolled in the very hard to get into 501st Star Wars costuming group as well as making different costumes to help out groups such as the Seattle based Comic Book Characters for Causes.

I was recently featured in Men vs Cosplay Calendar (Nov 30) and have two costumes in YaYa Han's 1,000 Costume and Cosplay Ideas.

In 2016, I was again featured in the Men vs Cosplay calendar.

My stand up routines have also been heard on the "Raw Dog" comedy channel and even more Nearly News shows on the Glenn Case Podcast.

I currently worked off my 12 year, court appointed time by producing and co-hosting "Smart Investing with Mike Wren" .

I went viral recently by someone pointing out that I had been "trolling" my daughters Instagram and copying her selfies.

Since then I have been featured in everything from newspapers, to print ads to television.

I was also voted Hero Of The Week for Londons top radio station, Capital.

This January, Cassie and I will be a guest on the T.D. Jakes Show.

I am now telling people about my experiences in going viral at conventions and urge parents with children to attend so I can help and give tips if it ever happens to them.

I also now concentrate on my podcast, The Burr Martin Nearly News, which can be found at Pants Pending Studios or wherever you get podcasts.
